Meet Lauren Rebecca Kinkade, LPC

I believe meaningful change begins with greater clarity, self-awareness, and intentional action.

People often seek counseling during times of uncertainty. Sometimes life has taken an unexpected turn—a relationship has ended, a major transition is underway, financial stress is creating strain, or circumstances feel beyond your control. Other times, life is going well on the surface, yet you're left wondering what comes next and how to continue growing in a way that feels meaningful and authentic.

I believe that people are naturally striving toward growth and lasting change. My role is not to tell you what I think you should do or how I think you should live. Instead, I provide a supportive space to explore your experiences, clarify your values, and better understand the patterns, beliefs, and choices that shape your life.

Whether you are navigating a difficult season or considering what comes next, I will help you approach the process with curiosity, self-compassion, and intention. Together, we can identify the direction you want to move and build a foundation for meaningful growth that aligns with the life you want to create.
