Individual Counseling (50 minutes): $150
Initial Intake/Assessment (60): $180
Couples Counseling (50 minutes): $190
Extended Couples Sessions (75 minutes): $285
Complimentary 15-minute consultation available for prospective clients.
Limited reduced-fee appointments may be available based on need.
Insurance
Services are provided on a self-pay basis, and insurance is not billed directly.
Some clients may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement depending on their insurance plan. Upon request, a superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance carrier.
Because insurance benefits vary, I encourage you to contact your insurance company directly to verify your out-of-network mental health benefits.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.
A valid credit, debit, HSA, or FSA card is required to be securely maintained on file. The card on file may be used for session fees, late cancellations, missed appointments, or outstanding balances in accordance with the practice policies provided during the intake process.
Accepted forms of payment include:
Credit cards
Debit cards
HSA/FSA cards
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for mental health services.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services or at any time during treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, or appointments in which a client does not arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full session fee.
Please note that insurance does not cover late cancellation or no-show fees.
